Check whether the PHEV-ECU set a DTC P0691, P0692, P0693, P0694, P10DE or P10DF which is related to the fan, fan motor and fan shroud assembly.Is the DTC set?
Carry out troubleshooting for the DTC P0691, P0692, P0693, P0694, P10DE or P10DF (Refer to GROUP 54Da - PHEV-ECU - Troubleshooting <DTC P0691, P0692, P0693, P0694>, <DTC P10DE, P10DF>). Then go to Step 8. Go to Step 3.
STEP 3. Using scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE), check the actuator test.
STEP 4. Check the EV radiator.
STEP 5. Check the motor coolant level.
STEP 6. Using scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE), the special function.
STEP 7. Using scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE), the special function.
STEP 8. Test the OBD-II drive cycle.
STEP 9. Test the OBD-II drive cycle.
(1) Carry out a test drive with the drive cycle pattern. Refer to Diagnostic Function - OBD-II Drive Cycle - Pattern 1 . (2) Check the DTC.
Is the DTC set?
Retry the troubleshooting. The inspection is complete.
