1.STOP LIGHT SWITCH SYSTEM
Check the stop light switch system. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.Is the inspection result normal?
Repair / replace the stop light switch system.
2.CHECK BRAKE FLUID LEAKAGE
Check the brake fluid leakage. Refer to Inspection.Is the inspection result normal?
Repair or replace brake fluid leakage part.
3.CHECK BRAKE PIPING
Check the brake piping.Is the inspection result normal?
Repair / replace the brake piping.
4.CHECK BRAKE PEDAL
Check the brake pedal.Is the inspection result normal?
Adjust the brake pedal height or replace brake pedal assembly.
5.CHECK BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER
6.CHECK ELECTRIC DRIVEN INTELLIGENT BRAKE UNIT
7.CHECK FRONT DISC BRAKE
Check the front disc brake. Refer to Inspection.Is the inspection result normal?
9.CHECK ABS ACTUATOR AND ELECTRIC UNIT (CONTROL UNIT) POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
Check the power supply circuit and ground circuit of the ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit). Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.Is the inspection result normal?
Repair / replace harness, connector, terminal, fuse, or fusible link.
10.PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE
M.U.T.-IIISE- Erase the DTC set in "ABS".
- Change the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to OFF (Auto ACC function OFF).
- Change the power supply mode of the electric motor switch is ON (READY indicator: ON)
note | Wait at least 10 seconds after change the electric motor switch to ON, |
- Start the engine, and drive the vehicle for a short time.
note | Vehicle must be driven after repair or replacement to erase the previous DTCs. |
- Stop the vehicle.
- Perform Diagnostic Trouble Code for “ABS".
Is DTC "C10AF-01" detected?
Check if there is open circuit, looseness or damage in the ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) harness connector. Repair / replace harness, connector or terminal.
