STEP 1. Using scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE), check whether the other DTC is set.
STEP 3. Check of hydraulic unit (integrated with G and yaw rate sensor) installation status.
STEP 4. Using scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE), check the data list. <PHEV-ECU>
STEP 5. Steering wheel sensor installation check
STEP 6. Wheel alignment check
STEP 7. Using scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE), check the data list. <PHEV-ECU>
STEP 8. Using scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE), check whether the DTC is set again.
Recheck the DTC.(1) Erase the DTC.
(2) Turn off the power supply mode of the electric motor switch.
(3) Turn on the power supply mode of the electric motor switch [Illuminate the READY (ready to drive) indicator].
(4) Drive the vehicle at 40km/h or higher at least 2 minutes. If possible, keep the steering wheel as straight ahead.
(5) Check the DTC.
Is the DTC set?
Replace the PHEV-ECU (Refer to ). The trouble can be an intermittent malfunction (Refer to GROUP 00, How to Cope with Intermittent Malfunction ).
