5.CHECK 12V BATTERY
- Change the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to OFF, then disconnect the M.U.T.-III SE from the data link connector.
- Close all the doors including the back door, then confirm that the room light turns off and wait for 3 minutes or more outside the vehicle in that state.

- Disconnect the 12V battery negative terminal (Refer to Precautions for Removing Battery Terminal).
- Disconnect the electric driven intelligent brake unit wiring harness connector.
- Connect the battery negative terminal.
- Measure the voltage between the following terminals of the electric driven intelligent brake unit wiring harness connector.

- Check the continuity and short circuit between the brake power backup unit wiring harness connector (terminal No. 6) and the 10 A fuse (No. 55).
