Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

1. Change the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to OFF, then disconnect the M.U.T.-III SE from the data link connector.

2. Close all the doors including the back door, then confirm that the room light turns off and wait for 15 minutes or more outside the vehicle in that state.

caution

While waiting, do not touch the vehicle.

3. Remove the luggage trim right side.Removal and Installation

4. Disconnect the brake power backup unit wiring harness connector

5. Remove the brake power backup unit

INSTALLATION

Be careful of the following. Install the brake power backup unit in the reverse order of removal.

When installing the brake power backup unit, insert it securely until the protrusion of the brake power backup unit protrudes from the lock hole of the bracket.
