1.M.U.T.-IIISE other DTC check
Check whether the following DTCs is set.- DTC No. P1AA2-A3: DCDC output voltage failure
Is the DTC set?
2.12V battery condition check
(1) Check the 12V battery terminal for looseness and foreign materials.
(2) Perform an 12V battery test (Refer to Power Supply, Ground & Circuit Elements - Battery Inspection Work Flow). Is the check result normal?
Repair or replace the 12V battery (Refer to Power Supply, Ground & Circuit Elements - Battery Removal and Installation).
3.IGCT control relay check
4.Check of the wiring harness between the On Board Charger (OBC)/DC-DC converter and IGCT control relay (IGCT line)
Check the following wiring harness for open circuit and damage.- Open circuit and damage between the On Board Charger (OBC)/DC-DC converter connector (No. 7 terminal) and IGCT control relay (contact side downstream)
Is the check result normal?
Repair the connector(s) or wiring harness.
5.Check of the wiring harness between the On Board Charger (OBC)/DC-DC converter and body ground (gorund line)
Check the following wiring harness for open circuit and damage.- Open circuit and damage between the On Board Charger (OBC)/DC-DC converter connector (No. 2 terminal) and body ground
Is the check result normal?
Repair the connector(s) or wiring harness.
6.Check whether the DTC is set again.
(1) Erase the set DTC.
(2) Change the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to ON (READY indicator: ON).
(3) Check whether the DTC is set again.
Is the DTC set?
The trouble can be an intermittent malfunction (Refer to General Information - How to Use Troubleshooting/Inspection Service Points, How to Cope with Intermittent Malfunctions HOW TO COPE WITH INTERMITTENT MALFUNCTIONS).
