TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
- The fuel level sensor converts the rest of the fuel to a voltage and sends it to the combination meter.
- The combination meter sends the data regarding the rest of the fuel to the ECM.
- The ECM checks whether this data is within a specified range.

Check Conditions
- More than 2 seconds have passed since the engine starting sequence was completed.
- 12V battery positive voltage is between 11.0 and 16.5 volts.
Judgment Criterion
- Fuel level sensor resistance has continued to be lower than 5 ohms for 2 seconds.
FAIL-SAFE AND BACKUP FUNCTION
