Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

1. Remove front fender protector. Refer to Removal and Installation

2. Remove front bumper fascia and front bumper side bracket. Refer to Removal and Installation

3. Remove front combination light. Refer to Removal and Installation

4. Remove front fender baffle fixing clips, and then remove front fender baffle.

5. Remove fender cover. Refer to Removal and Installation

6. Remove front fender assembly mounting bolts, and then remove front fender assembly.

7. Remove front fender bracket mounting bolts, and then remove front fender bracket.

8. Disengage front fender ledge cover fixing pawls, and then remove front fender ledge cover.

INSTALLATION

Note the following items, and then install in the reverse order of removal.

After installation, adjust the following part.
- Hood assembly: Refer to Adjustment.
- Front door panel: Refer to Adjustment.
After installation, apply the touch-up paint (the body color) onto the head of front fender mounting bolts.
