REMOVAL SERVICE POINT
 
 
<<A>> EV OIL COOLER HOSE/EV OIL COOLER PIPE REMOVAL
Make mating marks on the hose and the hose clip as shown to install them in the original position.
 
 
 
 
INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS
 
 
>>A<< EV OIL COOLER PIPE/EV OIL COOLER HOSE CONNECTION
1. Insert the hose until the protrusion of the pipe or fitting.
2. Align the mating marks on the hose and hose clip.
noteInstall the brackets on EV oil cooler pipes A and B as shown.
 

 
 
>>B<< POSITIONING THE HOSE CLIP ON EV OIL COOLER HOSE A
Install hose clip A and B to EV oil cooler hose A according to the procedure below:
1. Align the end of the hose clip with the hose mark.
2. Install hose clip A to the hole on the electric oil pump bracket (Refer to ), hose clip B to the hole on the bracket on EV radiator pipe D (Refer to ), respectively.
