REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
 
 
caution
  • If the electric oil pump is dropped, do not reuse that electric oil pump.
  • Do not operate the electric oil pump when the motor coolant is empty. If the electric oil pump is operated, the electric oil pump service life may be reduced. Therefore, do not reuse that electric oil pump.
Pre-removal and Post-installation Operation
  • Oil Draining and Refilling (Refer to ).
  • Engine Room Under Cover Front A, B Removal and Installation (Refer to GROUP 51 - Under Cover ).
  • Front Bumper Assembly Removal and Installation (Refer to GROUP 51 - Front Bumper Assembly ).
Removal steps

•Remove the hose clip from EV oil cooler hose A which is assembled into the electric oil pump bracket (Refer to ).

REMOVAL SERVICE POINT
 
 
<<A>> EV OIL COOLER HOSE REMOVAL
Make mating marks on the hose and the hose clip as shown to install them in the original position.
 

 

 
 
INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT

1. Insert the hose until the protrusion of the fitting.
2. Align the mating marks on the hose and hose clip.
