<<A>> LIFTGATE WINDOW GLASS/LIFTGATE EXTRA WINDOW GLASS REMOVAL
Remove the liftgate window glass or liftgate window extra glass by the same procedures as for the windshield glass (Refer to ).
noteUse a piano wire to remove the liftgate window glass or liftgate extra window glass.
 
 
 
 
INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS <Up to 20 Model year>
 
 
>>A<< GLASS STOPPER/SPACER/CLIP/DUAL LOCK FASTENER INSTALLATION
1. Use the parts cleaner (MZ100387 or equivalent) to degrease the inside circumference of the liftgate window glass or liftgate extra window glass and liftgate flanges.
2.
Install the spacer, clip, glass stopper and dual lock fastener to the specified position on the liftgate window glass or liftgate extra window glass.
 

 
 
>>B<< LIFTGATE WINDOW GLASS/LIFTGATE EXTRA WINDOW GLASS INSTALLATION
1. Apply the primer and adhesive.
2. Install the liftgate window glass by the same procedure as for the windshield glass (refer to ).

Pre-removal and Post-installation Operation
  • Tail Light Assembly Removal and Installation (Refer to GROUP 54A, Rear Combination Light ).
  • Liftgate Spoiler Removal and Installation (Refer to GROUP 51, Liftgate Spoiler ).
  • Rear Wiper Motor Assembly Removal and Installation (Refer to GROUP 51, Rear Wiper and Washer ).
