REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

If the electric water pump is dropped, do not reuse that electric water pump.
Do not operate the electric water pump when the EV coolant is empty. If the electric water pump is operated, the electric water pump service life may be reduced. Therefore, do not reuse that electric water pump.

Pre-removal and Post-installation Operation

EV Coolant draining and refilling (Refer to EV COOLANT CHANGE)
Power drive unit removal and installation (Refer to POWER DRIVE UNIT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION)

			Removal steps
		1.	Electric water pump wiring harness
		2.	EV radiator piping hose Y connection
		3.	EV radiator condenser tank hose M connection
		4.	Electric water pump assemby

REMOVAL SERVICE POINT

<<A>> EV RADIATOR PIPING HOSE/EV RADIATOR CONDENSER TANK HOSE DISCONNECTION

Make mating marks on the hose and the hose clip as shown to install them in the original position.

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINT

>>A<< EV RADIATOR CONDENSER TANK HOSE/EV RADIATOR PIPING HOSE CONNECTION

1. Insert the hose until the protrusion of the pipe.

2. Align the mating marks on the hose and hose clip.
