- Non-volatile random access memory monitor
- EV CAN monitor
- BMU monitor
Sensor (The sensor below is determined to be normal)
- Power drive unit IGBT temperature sensor (Upper/Lower limit malfunction)
DTC SET CONDITIONS
Check Condition
- Power drive unit (GCU) power supply voltage is 8.0 volts or more.
- Time after above conditions satisfy is 0.15 seconds or less.
- The soaking time is 600 seconds or more.
- IGBT status: OFF (Shutdown)
Judgment Criterion <DTC No. P0BCD-00>
- The difference between the IGBT temperature A and IGBT temperature B is more than 47°C (117°F) for 0.1 second or more. [GCU IGBT temperature sensor (U-phase H)]
- The difference between the IGBT temperature A and IGBT temperature C is more than 47°C (117°F) for 0.1 second or more. [GCU IGBT temperature sensor (U-phase H)]
Judgment Criterion <DTC No. P0DF4-00>
- The difference between the IGBT temperature A and IGBT temperature B is more than 47°C (117°F) for 0.1 second or more. [GCU IGBT temperature sensor (V-phase H)]
- The difference between the IGBT temperature A and IGBT temperature C is more than 47°C (117°F) for 0.1 second or more. [GCU IGBT temperature sensor (V-phase H)]
Judgment Criterion <DTC No. P0DF7-00>
- The difference between the IGBT temperature A and IGBT temperature B is more than 47°C (117°F) for 0.1 second or more. [GCU IGBT temperature sensor (W-phase H)]
- The difference between the IGBT temperature A and IGBT temperature C is more than 47°C (117°F) for 0.1 second or more. [GCU IGBT temperature sensor (W-phase H)]

- The difference between the IGBT temperature A and IGBT temperature B is more than 47°C (117°F) for 0.1 second or more. [GCU IGBT temperature sensor (U-phase L)]
- The difference between the IGBT temperature A and IGBT temperature C is more than 47°C (117°F) for 0.1 second or more. [GCU IGBT temperature sensor (U-phase L)]

- The difference between the IGBT temperature A and IGBT temperature B is more than 47°C (117°F) for 0.1 second or more. [GCU IGBT temperature sensor (V-phase L)]
- The difference between the IGBT temperature A and IGBT temperature C is more than 47°C (117°F) for 0.1 second or more. [GCU IGBT temperature sensor (V-phase L)]
