Check Condition
The PHEV-ECU power supply voltage is 9.0 V or more.
The power supply mode of the electric motor switch is ON.
Judgment Criterion
The over temperature signal from the radiator fan (LH) is detected for 0.2 second.
The temperature sensor error signal from the radiator fan (LH) is detected for 0.2 second.
The healable erictrical error signal from the radiator fan (LH) is detected for 0.2 second.
The ROM check error signal from the radiator fan (LH) is detected for 0.2 second.
The LIN response error signal from the radiator fan (LH) is detected for 0.2 second.

Check whether the DTC No. U1E06-87 is set.
Is the DTC No. U1E06-87 set?
Troubleshoot the set DTC. Then,
