If the PHEV-ECU is replaced, another ECU related to KOS system should not be replaced together. If at least two ECUs need to be replaced, replace one ECU and then use the M.U.T.-IIISE to register its ID in the ECU. Then proceed to the replacement of the other ECU.
When the PHEV-ECU is replaced, perform the following procedures.

Once the drip-proof sheet is attached, never reuse it.
When applying the drip-proof sheet, do not touch the tape surface.
1. Apply the drip-proof sheet on the PHEV-ECU as shown in the illustration.
2. If the specified length is not met, remove the applied tape and wipe off the attached adhesive tape on the PHEV-ECU. Then apply a new drip-proof sheet.
