Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

1. Remove front bumper assembly. Refer to Front Bumper FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

2. Remove front combination light. Refer to Front Combination Lamp Removal and Installation

3. Remove radiator air guide LH and RH. Refer to Removal and Installation

4. Remove hood lock. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

5. Remove crash zone sensor. Refer to Crash Zone Sensor Removal and Installation

6. Remove air duct (inlet). Refer to Air Cleaner and Air Duct Removal and Installation

7. Remove air cleaner body mounting bolt. Refer to Air Cleaner and Air Duct Removal and Installation

8. Remove hood lock control cable assembly fixing clips from radiator core support.

9. Remove washer tank inlet fixing clip.

10. Remove hood support rod grommet. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

11. Remove mounting bracket. Refer to Radiator Removal and Installation

12. Disengage harness fixing clips from radiator core support.

13. Remove radiator core support mounting bolts, and then remove radiator core support.

Installation

Install in the reverse order of removal.
