Check that 50A fusible link (No. V) is not blowing.Is the fusible link blown (open)?
Perform trouble diagnosis for power supply circuit. Replace the fusible link after repairing the applicable circuit.

Repair or replace error-detected parts.
10.CHECK COOLING FAN CONTROL MODULE GROUND CIRCUIT
11.CHECK COOLING FAN CONTROL SIGNAL
12.CHECK COOLING FAN CONTROL SIGNAL CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect IPDM E/R harness connector and cooling fan control module harness connector.
- Check the continuity between IPDM E/R harness connector and cooing fan control module harness connector.
