| note | This procedure is to check the main drive lithium-ion battery capacity on the vehicle. This is not to judge whether the traction battery is good or not. The energy level of the main drive lithium-ion battery gradually decreases with the elapse of time and depending on the operating conditions. |
1. Connect scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE) to the data link connector.
2. Turn on the power supply mode of the electric motor switch.
3. Select "STV".
4. Select "BMU".
5. Select the "Data List" from the BMU Screen.
6. Check the BMU data list, item No. 18: Battery current capacity.
7. Turn the power supply mode of electric motor switch is OFF, and disconnect the scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE).
