| The PHEV-ECU did not return a response when the EV remote-ECU sent the request to start the external power supply function to the PHEV-ECU as a possible cause. | The PHEV-ECU, CAN bus lines, gateway (ETACS-ECU), or on board charger/DC-DC converter may be defective. Troubleshoot the EV remote-ECU (Refer to Inspection Procedure "The external power supply function is not started (execution button operation is possible)." ). |
↓Screen scrolling | If the power supply hasn't started although the screen on the left is displayed, the following causes are suspected.- The external power supply does not support this function.
- The quick charging connector of the external power supply is not connected to the vehicle tightly.
- More than 5 minutes have passed since the ON button was pressed.
- The 12V starter battery in the vehicle has low voltage.
- There are some errors in the external power supply or vehicle.
| - Confirm that the external power supply is compatible model.
- Confirm the fitting condition of the quick charge connector.
- Operate the external power supply control panel etc. within 5 minutes after pressing the execute button.
- Troubleshoot the PHEV-ECU. Refer to Inspection Procedure "12V starter battery discharged." .
- Troubleshoot the PHEV-ECU. Refer to Inspection Procedure "During electricity failure, the external power supply cannot be turned on (V2H relay system) even if the power is supplied to the external power supply by MITSUBISHI REMOTE CONTROL." .
- Ask the inspection of the external power supply.
