U2165-83CAN comm err (sonar)Diagnosis condition When electric motor switch is ON

Threshold Not transmitting to sonar control unit.
Diagnosis delay time 2 seconds or more

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.PRECONDITIONING
If “DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE” has been previously conducted, always turn the electric motor switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds before conducting the next test.

2.CHECK DTC DETECTION
With M.U.T.-III SE
  1. Turn the electric motor switch OFF to ON.
    cautionBe sure to wait of 10 seconds after turn the electric motor switch OFF or ON.
  2. Perform Diagnostic Trouble Code for “CHASSIS CONTROL”.
Is DTC “U2165-83” detected?
