Diagnosis condition When electric motor switch is ON
Signal (terminal) –
Threshold Short circuit in BSW indicator circuit is detected. (Over current is detected)
Diagnosis delay time –
 
 
POSSIBLE CAUSE
  • BSW indicator circuit
  • BSW indicator
  • Side radar
 
 
FAIL-SAFE
The following systems are canceled.
  • BSW
  • Active Blind Spot Assist [ABSA]
  • RCTA
 
 
CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
  1. Change the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to ON (READY indicator: ON).
  2. Perform “Read All DTCs” with M.U.T.-III SE.
  3. Check if the “C1E01-12” is detected as the current malfunction in "Diagnostic Trouble Code" of “Side radar (Rear left)”.
