Diagnosis Procedure
cautionDo not check between the harness connector terminals of the wheel sensor.
1.CHECK DTC DETECTION
Perform Diagnostic Trouble Code for "ABS".
Is the display result "C1063-4A" of “Active DTC"?
Erase the DTC set in "ABS".
 
2.REPLACE WHEEL SENSOR
  1. Replace the FR RH wheel sensor. Refer to Removal and Installation.
    noteWhen the FR RH wheel sensor, which is removed before the recent electric motor switch ON operation, is not installed to the original position, replace the FR RH wheel sensor.
  2. Connect the battery negative terminal.
  3. Perform Diagnostic Trouble Code for “ABS".
Is the display result "C1063-4A" of “Active DTC"?
Check the ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) power supply and ground circuit. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
Erase the DTC set in "ABS".
