CONTINUITY CHECK FOR HIGH VOLTAGE CIRCUIT IN JUNCTION BOX
dangerWhen servicing the junction box, disconnect the rear interlock connector in addition to the service plug removal. (Refer to PRECAUTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE HIGH-VOLTAGE VEHICLE).
Required Special Tools:
1. Remove the junction box upper lid (Refer to JUNCTION BOX REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION).
2. Check the continuity between each P terminal and each N terminal inside the junction box.
OK: Continuity exists (2 Ω or less)
3. If there is no continuity, check the tightening torque of the fuse, or repalce the junction box.
Tightening torque for the fuse: 8.0 ± 1.0 N·m (71 ± 8 in-lb)
4. Install the junction box upper lid (Refer to JUNCTION BOX REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION).
