1.Check usage condition of normal charging cable mounted on vehicle
Check whether the normal charging cable mounted on the vehicle is used.
Is the normal charging cable mounted on the vehicle used?

2.Check of the normal charging cable.
Check the normal charging cable (Refer to CHARGING CABLE CHECK).
Is the check result normal?
Replace the normal charging cable.

3.Check of open circuit between On Board Charger (OBC)/DC-DC converter and normal charge port connector (HOT, COLD line).
danger
  • Carry out the check on the high-voltage circuit while reading carefully the precautions on handling a high-voltage vehicle.
  • Wear the specified protection equipment during the check.
Check the following wiring harness for open circuit.
  • Open circuit between On Board Charger (OBC)/DC-DC converter connector (HOT terminal) and normal charge port connector (No. 2 terminal).
  • Open circuit between On Board Charger (OBC)/DC-DC converter connector (COLD terminal) and normal charge port connector (No. 1 terminal).
Is the check result normal?
Repair the connector(s) or wiring harness, or replace the EV home & quick charger cable.

4.Check whether the DTC is set again.
