6. BATTERY UPPER PLATE AND BATTERY MODULE BUS BAR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
dangerWhen servicing the high voltage components, be sure to wear an insulating protective equipment to measure the high voltage (Refer to PRECAUTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE HIGH-VOLTAGE VEHICLE).

Removal steps
1.Wiring harness protector
2.Battery upper plate (A)
3.Battery upper plate (B)
4.Battery upper plate (C)
5.Bus bar between battery modules (A)
6.Bus bar between battery modules (B)
7.Bus bar between battery modules (E)
8.Bus bar between battery modules (F)
 
 
INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS
 
 
>>A<< BATTERY UPPER PLATE (C), (B), (A) INSTALLATION
1. Install the battery upper plates (C), (B) and (A), and temporarily tighten the mounting bolts of the battery upper plates (C), (B) and (A) to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 13 ± 2 N·m (115 ± 17 in-lb)
2. Fully tighten the mounting bolts of the battery upper plates (C), (B) and (A) to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 15 ± 1.5 N·m (133 ± 13 in-lb)
