CHECK AND REPLACEMENT OF THE HIGH-VOLTAGE FUSE INSIDE THE INVERTER
dangerWhen servicing the high-voltage system parts, always wear the protective equipment or armour and always shut off the high-voltage by removing the service plug (Refer to PRECAUTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE HIGH-VOLTAGE VEHICLE).

<POWER DRIVE UNIT>
1. Remove the power drive unit cover (Refer to POWER DRIVE UNIT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION).
2. Remove the service lid of the power drive unit (Refer to POWER DRIVE UNIT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION).
3. Remove the high-voltage fuse mounting bolts, and remove the high-voltage fuse.
4. Check the resistance between the high-voltage fuse terminals, and if there is no continuity, replace the high-voltage fuse.
5.
cautionWhen the excessive pressure is applied to the high voltage fuse, the fuse may be damaged. Therefore, secure the terminal part of the high voltage fuse first, then tighten the mounting bolts.
Tighten each mounting bolts with specified torque.
Tightening torque: Up to 10 N·m (88 in-lb)
6. Install the service lid of the power drive unit (Refer to POWER DRIVE UNIT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION).
7. Install the power drive unit cover (Refer to POWER DRIVE UNIT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION).
