Diagnosis Procedure
1.
CHECK CONNECTOR
Ignition switch OFF.
Check the ethernet harness connectors and terminals of distance sensor and ADAS control unit 2 for damage or looseness.
Is the inspection result normal?
.
Repair or replace the malfunction part, securely lock the harness connector.
2.
PERFORM ALL DTC READING
Ignition switch ON.
Perform “Read All DTCs” with M.U.T.-III SE.
Check if any DTCs of ethernet (DTC “C1F71-87”, “U2752-87” and/or “U2752-88”) are detected in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “ACC/ADAS 2”
Are any DTCs of ethernet detected?
Replace the ADAS control unit 2 (Refer to
Removal and Installation
), and

Replace the ADAS control unit 2. Refer to
Removal and Installation
.
3.
PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE-1
Erases all self-diagnosis results with M.U.T.-III SE.
Perform DTC confirmation procedure again. Refer to DTC Description

Is DTC “C2599-13” detected as the current malfunction?
Replace the distance sensor (Refer to
Removal and Installation
), and
.
INSPECTION END
4.
PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE-2
Erases all self-diagnosis results with M.U.T.-III SE.
Perform DTC confirmation procedure again. Refer to DTC Description

Is DTC “C2599-13” detected as the current malfunction?
Replace the ethernet harness between distance sensor and ADAS control unit 2.
