Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK ACCESSORY RELAY CONTROL SIGNAL CIRCUIT (SHORT TO BATTERY)
Ignition switch OFF.
Remove accessory relay.
Disconnect BCM connector.
Check voltage between BCM harness connector and ground.

Repair the harness or connector.

CHECK ACCESSORY RELAY
Check accessory relay. Refer to
