REMOVAL
cautionBefore replacing TCU, perform “ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN REPLACING TCU". For details, refer to Work Procedure
 
 
1. Remove the glove box. Refer to Removal and Installation.
2. Remove the passenger knee air bag module to secure working space. Refer to Removal and Installation.
3. Remove the pawl holding the TCU .
4. Remove the TCU from the bracket.
5. Disconnect the TCU harness connectors.
noteTo remove the bracket, remove the instrument panel assembly.
 
 
INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
