Diagnosis Procedure
1.CHECK ROOF ANTENNA CONNECTOR
  1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
  2. Visually check roof antenna and antenna feeder.
Is the inspection result normal?

Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.
 
2.CHECK SATELLITE RADIO ANTENNA SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND
  1. Disconnect AV control unit harness connector and antenna base harness connector.
  2. Check the continuity between AV control unit harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
Replace roof antenna. Refer to Removal and Installation.
