Diagnosis conditionWhen ignition switch is ON

ThresholdConnection error is detected between sonar control unit and each sonar sensor.
Diagnosis delay time4 seconds or more
 
 
POSSIBLE CAUSE
  • Harness or connector (Rear sensor power supply circuit)
  • Sonar control unit
 
 
FAIL-SAFE
Stop the obstacle detection function
 
 
CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
With M.U.T.-III SE
  1. Turn ignition switch ON.
  2. Turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 30 seconds.
  3. Turn ignition switch ON and wait at least 30 seconds or more.
  4. Select “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “SONAR” using M.U.T.-III SE.
  5. Check the DTC.
Is DTC “B273B-87” detected?
