THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH MITSUBISHI MOTORS NORTH AMERICA, Inc.
OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR VEHICLE SECURITY INFORMATION SERVICES.

As an ALOA registered locksmith, you agree to visually verify the identity of the requesting party through a valid driver's license, verify that the vehicle registration information matches the requesting party's identity and address and verify that the Vehicle Identification Number of the vehicle matches the Vehicle Identification Number on the registration. You agree to maintain records of your requests for Vehicle Security Information for a minimum of 2 years by signing an affidavit confirming verification of the above and keeping it on file with a copy of the work order related to the vehicle in question.
