Using scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE), read the BSW-ECU (slave) DTC again.
Check again if the DTC is set in the BSW-ECU (slave).(1) caution | To prevent damage to scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE), always turn the electric motor switch to the "OFF" position before connecting or disconnecting scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE). |
Connect scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE). Refer to "How to connect the Scan Tool (M.U.T.-IIISE)

(2) Erase the DTC.
(3) Turn the electric motor switch to "OFF" position and then wait for approximately 15 to 30 minutes until the BSW-ECU (slave) remains at room temperature.
(4) Turn the electric motor switch from the "OFF" position to the ON position.
(5) Check if the DTC is set.
Is the DTC set?
Replace the BSW-ECU (slave). This diagnosis is complete. A component protection has been triggered. This is not a malfunction.
