PROBABLE CAUSES
The power supply system for home use is failed.
The internal parts of the on-board charger/DC-DC converter resonate from the effect of wiring impedance due to the distance etc. from the household charging facility and the transformer, and abnormal noise is generated from the on board charger/DC-DC converter
