Battery upper holder (A) and battery lower holder (A) removal
caution
  • Be careful not to deform the tab flanges on the battery upper holder (A) and the battery lower holder (A).
  • Be careful not to damage the tab on the module, which you do not replace.
Use the ornament remover (Special tool: MB990784) to remove.

caution
  • When you install the lithium-ion battery module to the battery lower holder (A), make sure that there is no clearance between the right and left lithium-ion battery modules by pressing them firmly against each other.
  • Make sure that the tabs are engaged firmly.
1. Install the lithium-ion battery module to the battery lower holder (A).

Align the marks on the battery terminal cover and the battery module housing with those on the battery lower holder (A).
