10. Bus bars (B, D) and rubber pad removal and installation
Bus bars (B, D) removal
1.
Remove the terminal cover.
2.
Remove the nuts and bolts as shown to remove the bus bars (B and D).
3.
Install the terminal cover.
Rubber pad removal
Remove the rubber pad.
Rubber pad installation
caution
The application surface should be free of oil, grease or foreign materials.
Install the rubber pads in the position shown by a dotted line of battery support holder (A).
Bus bars (B, D) installation
1.
Remove the terminal cover.
2.
Install the bus bars (B and D), and tighten the nuts and bolts as shown to the specified torque.
3.
Install the terminal cover.
