DTC SET CONDITIONS

Check Conditions
  • The PHEV-ECU power supply voltage is more than 8 volts.
  • Time after above conditions satisfy is more than 1.5 seconds.
  • The transistor to input port of microcomputer is on.
Judgment Criterion
  • The AD value for accelerator pedal position sensor (sub) is more than 0.2 volt for 0.45 second.
Check Conditions
  • The PHEV-ECU power supply voltage is more than 9 volts.
  • Time after above conditions satisfy is more than 1.5 seconds.
Judgment Criterion
  • The status fail is immediately.
 
 
OBD-II DRIVE CYCLE PATTERN
  • None.
 
 
PROBABLE CAUSES
Malfunction of the PHEV-ECU.
 
 
 
DIAGNOSIS
Using scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE), check whether the DTC is set.
Is the DTC set?
Replace the PHEV-ECU (Refer to ).
The trouble can be an intermittent malfunction (Refer to GROUP 00, How to Cope with Intermittent Malfunction ).
