If DTC B1698 is set at collision, perform post-collision diagnosis.

The DTC B1698 indicates the records of high voltage shutdown judgment at collision.
DTC SET CONDITIONS
When high voltage circuit has been shut down at collision, this code will be set. If the code is set although the vehicle is not damaged, a malfunction in the SRS-ECU is suspected.
