DISASSEMBLY SERVICE POINTS

<<A>> HEADRESTRAINT GUIDE REMOVAL

Remove the headrest guides while pushing the on both sides inward.

<<B>> SEAT BACK FRAME ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

For the vehicles with side-airbag, do not remove the side-airbag module from the frame.

<<C>> SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

Always replace the seat cushion cover together with the seat cushion pad, the occupant classification sensor and the occupant classification-ECU, on which threshold values have been stored at the exchange part delivery.

REASSEMBLY SERVICE POINT

>>A<< SEATBACK FRAME ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

To route the side airbag module wiring harness under the seat cushion, guide it through the fastener on the rear end of the seat cushion cover.

When the side airbag module is fitted in the seatback frame assembly, wrap reinforcement fabric of the seatback cover around the side airbag module and hook the assembly to the seatback frame assembly as shown, and then tighten the tapping screw securely.
