1. Remove the headlight support upper panel cover (Refer to GROUP 51 - Radiator Grille 
). 2. Loosen the hood latch mounting bolts but do not remove them. Move the hood latch up/down and left/right to align the hood level and adjust the hood striker engagement.
3. After the adjustment, tighten the hood latch mounting bolts in the numerical order to specified torque.
- Tightening torque:
- 9.0 ± 1.0 N·m (80 ± 8 in-lb): Washer assembly bolt
- 11 ± 1 N·m (97 ± 8 in-lb): Flange bolt
