EV OIL COOLER BYPASS VALVE CHECK
1. Fill a container with the ATF. Then immerse the EV oil cooler bypass valve assembly into it. Stir the ATF to heat it until its temperature reaches the valve closing temperature.Standard value (Full-closing temperature): 60 - 65°C (140 - 149°F)
2. Insert a bar [diameter: 4 mm 0.2 in)] into the pipe as shown. When the oil temperature drops, the bar should drop slightly.Standard value (Operation starting temperature): 50 - 55°C (122 - 131°F)
