DTC B1155 EEPROM fail (ESL)
DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTION
When the EEPROM writing/reading error of the electric steering lock is detected, OSS-ECU stores the DTC B1155.

After OSS-ECU activation
Judgment Criterion
When the following conditions are met:
EEPROM writing/reading error is detected.
ECU internal circuit error is detected.
