DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTION
The TCM determines that the system is defective if too low battery voltage is supplied to the ECU (open circuit in the power supply circuit).
DESCRIPTIONS OF MONITOR METHODS
The battery voltage remains less than 8.0 V for 0.2 seconds.

- Voltage of battery: 10 volts or more.

- Voltage of battery: More than 10.996 volts.
Judgment Criteria
- Solenoid power supply voltage: Less than 8.027 volts. (0.2 seconds)
OBD-II DRIVE CYCLE PATTERN
Ignition switch: ON (start the engine and keep it for 10 seconds or more)
PROBABLE CAUSES
- Damaged wiring harness and connectors
