USER TROUBLESHOOTING FLOW
 
 
When the TCU system does not operate properly, there are three major causes that can be considered.
  1. Failure on the vehicle.
  2. Failure on communication device (smartphone, mobile network, TSP server, mobile App).
  3. Communication error between vehicle and communication device(smartphone).
 
 
As a result of troubleshooting, if it can be confirmed that there is no abnormality on the vehicle side, contact the telematics call center to inquire about the state of the vehicle and ask for correspondence.
