FRONT SEAT BELT SWITCH CONTINUITY CHECK (DRIVER'S SIDE)
If there is continuity when the outer seat belt is fastened, replace the inner seat belt.

Measure the electric current between the terminals.
Power supply connection
Check condition
Normal condition
Connect terminal No.4 to the positive power supply (5 V) terminal.
Connect terminal No.3 to the negative power supply (5 V) terminal.
Fastened seat belt
12 - 17 mA
Unfastened seat belt
4 - 7 mA

If a defect is found, replace the inner seat belt.

If there is continuity when the outer seat belt is fastened, replace the inner seat belt.
