Pre-removal Operation
  • Radiator Grill Removal (Refer to ).
  • Overfender (Front Wheel Arch Molding) Mount (Front Bumper Side) Removal (Refer to ).
  • Engine Room Under Cover Front A Mount (Front Bumper Side) Removal (Refer to ).
  • Front Wiring Harness and Front Bumper Wiring Harness Combination Connector Disconnection.
Post-installation Operation
  • Front Wiring Harness and Front Bumper Wiring Harness Combination Connector Connection.
  • Engine Room Under Cover Front A Installation (Refer to ).
  • Overfender (Front Wheel Arch Molding) Mount (Front Bumper Side) Installation.(Refer to ).
  • Radiator Grill Installation (Refer to ).
  • Front Fog Light Aiming Adjustment (Refer to GROUP 54A, Fog Light - On-vehicle Service ).

INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS <Up to 20 Model year>
 
 
>>A<< FRONT END UPPER BAR ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
Tighten the front end upper bar assembly bolts in the numerical order to 5.0 ± 2.0 N·m (44 ± 17 in-lb).
 

 
 
>>B<< FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
  1. Align the headlight boss with the hole of front bumper.
  2. Tighten the front bumper assembly bolts in the numerical order to 5.0 ± 2.0 N·m (44 ± 17 in-lb).
