1. Close the slide glass panel assembly fully.
2. Open the sunshade fully.
3. Open the slide glass panel assembly approximately 100 mm (3.9 inch).
4. Loosen the slide glass panel assembly mounting screw from the inside of the vehicle and adjust the position of the slide glass panel assembly.
5. Confirm the surface difference and the clearance of the slide glass panel assembly and the front fix glass panel assembly/rear fix glass panel assembly.- Surface difference value between slide glass panel assembly and front fix glass assembly: 0 ± 1.5 mm (0 ± 0.06 inch)
- Surface difference value between slide glass panel assembly and rear fix glass assembly: -1.0 to 2.0 mm (0 to 0.1 inch)
- Clearance between slide glass panel assembly and rear fix glass assembly: 14 to 15 mm (0.55 to 0.59 inch)
6. After adjustment, check that the slide glass panel assembly operates smoothly.
