FUEL PUMP (HIGH PRESSURE) CHECK

MEASUREMENT OF RESISTANCE
1. Disconnect the fuel pump (high pressure) connector.
2. Measure the resistance between fuel pump (high pressure) side connector terminal No. 1 and No. 2.
Standard value: 0.45 - 0.55 ohms [at 20°C (68°F)]
3. Measure the resistance between fuel pump (high pressure) body and either terminal No. 1 or terminal No. 2 of the connector at the fuel pump (high pressure).
Standard value: No continuity
4. If the resistance deviates from standard value, replace the fuel pump (high pressure).
