When the ETACS-ECU of vehicles without KOS is replaced, the ignition key encrypted code and the tire pressure sensor ID of the tire pressure monitoring system must be registered (if the encrypted code is not registered, the engine cannot be started). For the details of code registration procedure, refer to the ID registration procedure manual.
When the ETACS-ECU is replaced, chassis number writing and coding must be performed. When DTC B1761 "VIN No. not programmed" or No.B222C "Coding not completed" is set in the ETACS-ECU, diagnose each DTC.
