When the power does not turn ON, close and open the driver's door. Then, check the communication between KOS&OSS-ECU and scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE) and others as shown in the flowchart below (KOS&OSS-ECU can communicate with the scan tool (M.U.T.-IIISE) even when the power supply is OFF).
